About Working at Yale

Our mission and commitment to the Yale community is to:

  • Connect employees with the mission, goals, initiatives and work of Yale.
  • Connect employees with each other by featuring profiles, photos, stories and interaction opportunities to enhance a sense of community.
  • Connect employees with information to help them be successful in their work and goals at Yale.

This online publication is a collaboration between the Office of Human Resources and Administration and the Office of Public Affairs and Communications. Highlights from this website are distributed monthly to Yale University staff via email and through the Yale University portal. In print, you can find Working at Yale monthly inside the Yale Calendar. To help the University pare back paper distribution and meet sustainability goals, we will be improving our online capabilities throughout the year. Improving internal communications is our aim; let know what you think by email.
